Clintwood Elementary Headlines


 “Under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act of 2020 (FFCRA), every student enrolled in Dickenson County Public Schools will receive a $370.00 EBT card during the next six weeks.  This one time P-EBT benefit is calculated at the rate of $5.70 per day per child for the 65 days Virginia’s schools will be closed.  These cards will be mailed directly to households after May 8, 2020 using the addresses listed in the DCPS Student Information System.  The cards will be mailed to approximately 500,000 students in Virginia. “

If your family has  moved during this school year or if you would like to verify your correct address, please contact your child's school no later than Tuesday, May 5 to update your address and contact information.  If you have any questions, please contact CES at 926-6088.


Parents:  Here are contact numbers and office hours for each of our CES staff members on Google Voice.  When your child would like to speak with his/her teachers or needs assistance in completing any assignments from the work packet or with Google Classroom instruction, please contact the teacher directly during the virtual office hours listed.  If you have any questions, you can call CES at 926-6088.  Thanks so much for helping your child participate in this really COOL form of communication!
